Carlos Manuel regularly performs to packed theatres and concert venues in Havana. The mere mention of his name will send young girls into hysterics, and one need only play one of his songs to see the best of Havana shake it.

Carlos Manuel's new sound combines the influences of the previous timba groups, especially Charanga Habanera, with disco and hip-hop elements not previously used in timba.
